
Henderson County Board Recognized for Commitment to Agriculture
During the June Henderson County Board meeting on Tuesday, Warren-Henderson Farm Bureau President Jake Armstrong presented a plaque in appreciation of the board’s commitment to agriculture. This comes following the board’s passage of a resolution supporting agriculture and the agricultural industry in Henderson County during the May meeting.

Tom Buis, CEO of the American Carbon Alliance, says the increased demand from ethanol production gave farmers higher market prices, creating greater rural profitability.
